San Francisco Botanical Garden
Earlier this week, I had a late afternoon work meeting in San Francisco. I went early so I could vist the Botanical Garden, where I wanted to see a friend's painting exhibit, "Chasing Color." To me, it seems a big deal to have an art exhibit at the San Francisco Botanical Garden. My friend Erika also suggested I check out the magnolias in bloom at the Garden.
Upon my arrival, I found out that the day I was there was the only day of the week that the Library - where Erika's exhibit is located - was closed. Ha. OK, so the magnolias it is (.... blossom's blooming, head's all empty and I don't care). Turns out, they were well past their peak. However, I did get a few decent images of different landscapes, some remaining magnolia blooms, and some hummingbirds.
